Rishaad Mohammad Yusuff is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Architecture, North South University. He completed his B.Arch degree from North South University in 2013 before working in an architectural firm named DESHI till 2017. He joined as a full time faculty member at North South University in 2017 and pursued his Master in Advanced Architecture (MAA) degree from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC) at Barcelona, Spain in 2021/2022. His interest in architectural studies align with digital fabrication, digital workflow, digital drawings and sustainable design solutions in the field of design. He has also worked in the curriculum committee of the Department of Architecture at North South University. 

Design Awards, Exhibitions and Publications:

1. Recipient of Special Award, Self Sufficient Buildings Studio, MAA 2021/22, IAAC, Barcelona, Spain

2. Design Exhibition: The Master's Project, " Cloud@40C" was part of the exhibition, "transFORMING FUTURE cities" in Barcelona, Spain, 2022.

Rishaad Mohammad Yusuff is currently in search of bringing the digital toolkit within the grasp of the architecture students with an aim to empower the future architects from the global south as "digital artisans". Digital fabrication techniques can redefine the meaning of the master builder, thereby giving each individual a democratic space for exploration and experimentation in architecture. Elimination of the multiple agents in the realization of a design scheme with the help of digital means remains at the core of the investigation related to his interest.
