With a career that spans academia and industry, Dr Tasfia Mazid brings a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to Human Resource Management. Trained at the University of Glasgow, where her doctoral research focused on paradoxical leadership, and recognised for academic excellence, she integrates research, teaching, and practical HR experience to foster engaged learning and contribute to the evolving field of management studies.

I was able to connect and build a network with some entrepreneurs, where I have seen different types of leadership and its impact on the workplace.
