About

Rafsan Elahi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Marketing and International Business at North South University, where he has been serving since 2011. He holds a BBA with a double major in Marketing and Human Resource Management from North South University, graduating Cum Laude, and an MSc in Strategic Marketing from the University of Glasgow, where he graduated with Merit.

With academic and professional expertise in strategic marketing, his teaching portfolio spans Promotional Management, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Channels, and Strategic Marketing. Over the course of his tenure, he has also contributed to institutional development through roles such as Assistant Proctor and Faculty Advisor to the North South University Cine and Drama Club (NSUCDC). He has actively supported major university initiatives including the National Career Fair and Social Business Day.

His research interests lie at the intersection of consumer behavior and strategic marketing, with a focus on understanding how evolving market dynamics shape consumer decision‑making and organizational strategy.
