Dr. Shariful Islam Imshiat is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Media Communication and Journalism program at North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has been completed PhD from the department of school of Journalism and Communication at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. After successfully completed PhD, he worked different public and private universities as an adjunct faculty such as ULAB, University of Dhaka, BUP and Daffodil International University. With 15 years of experience in the fields of photojournalism, visual communication, and television journalism, Shariful is a seasoned media professional. He has collaborated with top national and international agencies, such as Xinhua News Agency, China Global Television Network (CGTN), Wuhan Television, and prominent newspapers like The Daily Ittefaq, Daily Naya Diganta, and Daily Inqilab, as well as Boishakhi Television.
