I believe that education is more than just sharing knowledge—it’s about inspiring and empowering the next generation of scholars. This belief drives my passion for teaching. I love working with students, hearing their thoughts and opinions, and engaging in meaningful discussions.

When it comes to research, mental health is my primary area of interest. It’s often overlooked, yet it profoundly impacts our well-being. I’m always eager to collaborate on research, explore new ideas, and support students in their academic journeys.

Outside of academia, you’ll likely find me lost in a book or exploring new places. I love how travel opens up new perspectives—just like a good book does!
