Students having completed all requirements of their respective degrees in or before Fall 2025 and yet to submit degree application for graduation through online to join the 27th Convocation are requested to submit their degree application (through RDS) by 30 April 2026.
RDS will be closed for Degree Application for the Academic Year 2025 on 1 May 2026.
Under no circumstances will the deadline be extended.
Students’ ID numbers that contain ‘6’ on the third digit from the right (Ex. *** *** 6**) are requested to contact the Registrar’s Office in order to update their documents.
Students are requested to check their profile in RDS and contact the Registrar’s Office to update their photo (if needed) and the following information:
Name
Date of Birth (According to the SSC Certificate/Passport – only for O/A Level students)
Parents’ Name
Those who received waivers in MAT 112 / MAT 116 and ENG 102 and the information is not updated in RDS are advised to contact the Registrar’s Office to update the information.
Those who have ‘I’ (Incomplete) or/and ‘X’ (Extension) grades against any course are requested to contact the Registrar’s Office/Respective Departments for necessary correction.
Only for respective Departments: You are requested to kindly submit all applications for the degree after proper checking through SIMS to the Controller’s Office within 7 May 2026.
